A Critical Analysis of Leprechaun 3 (1995)

The sole reason why Leprechaun 3 is considered to be of sufficient quality is because of its amusing nature. Aside from that, it has no redeeming value, is without class, has awful acting and much worse writing, but it definitely was entertaining to see a couple of times over and over again.

In this case, the Leprechaun (Warwick Davis) steals the show with his witty one-liners and rhymes. Both comedic and terrifying special effects are commonplace.

This is the third of around six such movies I've seen, and the only one I decided to retain, mostly because it was funny. The tape eventually became so unusable that I had to throw it away. Seeing as how a DVD was eventually made (Review of Leprechaun 3 from 1995) available, maybe I should watch it.

Lee Armstrong played the lead female role. She was a pretty woman, but she wasn't much of an actress, and not many people have heard of her before or since.

If you want something dumb but entertaining, with a good mix of horror and comedy, this little dirty Leprechaun should do the trick, but only this edition. Don't worry about the other books in the series.
